OUR APPROACH

The Happier 9 to 5 Training Program is research-based, so our approach starts with participants completing a short questionnaire. The results of this questionnaire provide our Expert Facilitators with a quantitative starting point that illuminates those areas with the most opportunity for growth.

The data is shared with the leadership team, and a customized and structured program is created for each client. 

The Happier 9 to 5 Training Program typically consists of two five-hour sessions, with ample opportunities for modeling new skills and asking questions.

TRAINING PROGRAM

The Happier 9 to 5 Training Program focuses on the skill sets, mindsets, and behaviors associated with great places to work. 

Leaders are educated, equipped, and empowered to identify disengaged employees, then take the actions necessary to shift mindsets, improve skill sets, and establish behaviors that lead to increased engagement and enhanced workplace satisfaction

BUILT-IN GROWTH

The Happier 9 to 5 Training Program is unique in its delivery because of our qualitative approach to implementing and applying the teachings and trainings received.

Once per month for the first three months following the completion of training, participants are asked to anonymously rate their engagement and satisfaction.

These surveys provide leaders with a qualitative measurement designed to speak to how employees feel after training is completed. This ensures leaders apply what they learn, and ultimately create the growth employees desire.
